In the 2006 A6 (Quattro) model it is in the trunk behind a panel on the right side

    This model has 3 fuse panels:

    1 in the trunk on the right side
    1 on the left side of the driver panel (flips off to the left)
    1 on the right side of the passenger panel (flips off to the right)

SOURCE: hi where is the fuse

For Audi A6 the fuse box is located on the left side of dashboard behind a plastic cover (for left hand steering wheel vehicle). On inner face of the plastic cover you will find the fuse diagram.

Hi,

The fusebox is located on the drivers side, on the side of the dashboard which you can locate when you open the door.
