If you don't have an owners manual get a 12 volt tester and start at the fuse box under the dash on the driverside and in most cases it is a 15amp or 20amp fuse but if all the fuses are good it could be in the headlight switch

I would say its the same fuse that the lights use. If the tail lights work, its probably not the fuse but the globe or the wiring to the globe or a poor earth.
It sounds like a bad connection that's not connecting anymore is the fuse panel by the drivers door? If it is it's most likely in the fuse panel you could check the multi switch witch is the switch that controls your head lights on & and off your directional's your high beam/low beam I dout it's that it's in the fuse box good luck
I had an S-10 pickup that had a tail light out. It had two fuse panels one inside the cab and the main one under the hood. They had a fuse for each tail light and it was in the main fuse box under the hood. You'll need a way to check your fuses if you can't see witch one is bad. They were very small fuses in my S-10. Hope this helps
you most likely have blown 10amp fuse for tail lights in the fuse box under the hood as far as tha tail lights go. turn your lights on and check your tail lights along with the plate lights. plate lights are on the same fuse as the tail lights. there is a fuse box by the battery which has tail light fuse in it. the lid of the fuse box is showing location of fuse. as far as your interior light goes, make sure that you have the switch in "door" position or it will not come on when door is opened. or just put it into "on" position to see if it comes on. but turn it off or put it back to "door" position/middle seting or your battery will drain down.
With a test light check all your fuses with key and lights on replace any fuse that the test light does not light up if all fuses check out replace turn signal switch
The circuit board witch holds the tail light bulbs could be at fault, check the voltage to the tail lights when this happens,if there is none, replace the headlight switch. If there is voltage to the tail lights, replace the tail light assembelys
I guess if you don't have the owners manual, you can just keep pulling them out and checking them. Or, the best way is with a test light. Turn your ignition on, ground the test light to the door hinge, and keep touching both sides of the fuse with the test light, until you find one that doesn't light up the light.
