I would like to remove the sideview mirrors for glass replacement and motor fix
SOURCE: Replace passenger side power mirror clearance lamp (bulb only).
If you are facing the passenger side mirror adjust the top (large) mirror so that it is turning in towards the truck as far as it will go. Then look behind the mirror in the bottom righthand corner (outside bottom corner) and you will see a silver metal clip. Take a straight head screw driver and push on that clip and the lens will pop out. Then you simply unscrew the bulb holder from the lens and replace your bulb. Good luck!

Lift up on the switch plate until it snaps out ,remove the bolt from under there and the bolts along the bottom of the panel. There may be a few others so look around. When all are removed lift up on the door panel(DO NOT pull towards you it will destroy the panel). Your mirror is now accessible.

Ford does not like to supply hardware with replacement components. You will need to carefully transfer the mounting parts from the old mirror to the new one. Line all parts up into the fixture and press in firmly. When you fell a solid snap, you'll know it has seated.

the plastic panel pops off , if you had a trim removal tool it would be nice but it can be improvised , they are just tension clips , get some kind of lever behind the panel and give it a pop , once the plastic panel is off its pretty much self explanatory from there , a connector and couple small bolts , now the outside has nut under the w/w blade , a piece of the arm cover pops up to access the nut , remove w/w arm , then a grommet and under the grommet is a bigger nut that helps hold the motor onto the door/hatch , when reinstalling before you put the w/w arm back on run the wiper and make sure it shuts off and in the park position . should be a piece of cake .
