Truck bucks and misses under light acceleration and while maintain speed. It idles fine and if you floor it it'll spin the tires and go until you let off the throttle to maintain speed. I've changed egr valve, iac, and rebuilt fuel pressure regulator it had a broken spring this helped but didn't fix completely. It's a new motor with only 1300 miles on it and ran fine up until about a month ago it started this then got to where it does it all the time now.

I had the same problem with my 1989 Chevy Cavalier Z24 with the Automatic transmission. There is an electric lock up clutch within the torque converter that engages at roughly 35mph. It's designed to give the car better highway mileage. If that circuit fails, the clutch will remain in the "locked" position when hot, and stalls the car unless neutral is engaged and the car comes to a complete stop. I remember the car making all sorts of odd noise with this malfunction. I took mine to the dealership and they had it repaired in an hour.
My daughter had a similar problem with her 1988 Cavalier Z24 with the manual 4-speed transmission. There is a speed sensor on the top of the transmission that I replaced which solved the problem for her.

Try replacing the coolant temperature sensor for the injection system.

Scan again & check reading of the ECT sensor, coolent sensor as it may be reading to cold for present temp & just dumping fuel as it is seeing -30c all the time.I as well own a iron duke(1987)

Spray the intake with carb cleaner to find the vacuum leak. Check where the EGR mounts and the throttle body gasket sense you had both off.
