Sounds like your heater core has sprung a leak and needs replacing. Verify if the wetness is plain water or coolant. Engine coolant circulates through the heater core (just like a small radiator) and gives up a small amount of heat, which the blower fan picks up and blows out the heater vents. Replacing the heater core is quite easy, or a total nightmare, depending on manufacturer's design-when you have to remove the dash from the vehicle to get at the core-that's what I mean by a nightmare. Check a repair manual for your car to see how difficult the procedure is. Good luck.

No, this is the A/C core drain hose. Check for leak or hose disconnected.

SOURCE: Keep getting clear water in drivers side floor

Drain tube for your AC likely has debris or possibly a bug has made a home in there. Have it cleaned and see if it still drains.

Floor board stays wet losing coolant regularly evn when it hasn't rained inover a week or two just the floor carpet upper portions are dry

You have a leaking heater , hose es or tap. That is why you are loosing coolant. FInd the leak by using a radiator pressure tester and replace /repair unit.

Drain plug location to change coolant

Look on the cross rail that is under the radiator- there are several holes in it, one, closer to the driver side provides access to the drain plug. Use a flashlight to see it easier. Than just use a long flathead screw driver to unscrew it, make sure you dont loose the rubber washer (it may stay in the drain opening). Also make sure you have a wide drain can, as the coolant will get into the cross rail and drain through all the holes

Hope helped.

When it rains-- drivers side floor wet-- checked seal around wind shield it is good -- not damp soaking wet its a 2003 santa fe

Take your vehicle to an authorized Hyundai dealership and pay the diagnostic fee... they will tell you exactly what the problem is and the cost of parts/labor to fix it... at least this way you'll know what the problem is and what's required to fix it.
