How do you preset radio stations

If you have buttons on your radio that allow you to switch stations, it generally is simply a matter of pressing and holding the button in place for 10-15 seconds. The year, make, and model of the vehicle doesn't say much, as vehicle may have an aftermarket radio. Just find the station you want and if there is a are button presets, just push and hold it in. On most of my cars, old and newer that I have owned, confirmation of the setting is generally accompanied by a beep. Good luck! JD

There a two power wires to the radio, one to power the radio (which appears to be working) and a second to keep the programming (which does not appear to be working). Check that all the fuses are good (there is probably one for the memory).

Need to know location of all fuses that corespond with the clock and radio and cassett player

On the driver side fuse box, you have 5 larger fuses.

You have rows of 9 fuses across. In these rows, the far right fuse in the 3rd row down is the radio cluster fuse. This should be a constant on fuse that provides power to the clock and keeps power for the memory preset stations. The next to last fuse in the 4th row down is the radio fuse. This one looses power when the key is turned off.

I hope this helps. God Bless.

I can't enter the radio code in my 2005 Lancer

On your radio your preset stations each have a number 1,2,3,4,5,etc. The first preset station represents the first number in your code. Lets say your code is 1212(example) then you would: [press #1 preset-1 time.] [press #2 preset-2 times.] [press #3 preset-2 times.] [press #4 preset-1 time.]
Once you've entered your code press the cd button.
Good Luck.

Every time i turn my vehicle off i loose all my presets on my stereo

if this is not the original radio, then the wiring is wrong on your replacement. With the replacement radio, theres a wire that needs to be connected to Battery (+). this keeps presets and clock from losing memory

I loose my radio presets and time when the engine is shut-off

the radio and clock needs two voltage supplies. one is connected B+ ( means always has voltage even when off) usually red wire and ACC+( means it is supplied only when you switch to acc position) usually orange wire. the red B+ wire supplies the memory for this devices. you might have a loose wire in that circuit
