The truck heat will not get hot anymore. All of the controls are working properly. Meaning that the temperature control lets me know when the motor is hot and ready to turn the heat on. The heater comes on when I turn it on by the switch, but it just blows cold air. The clutch fan was changed. I had the heater coil blew out in case it was plugged up. I had the thermostat and the control panel knob changed and still no heat. Please help, any information will be appreciated. I noticed on other sites that there seems to be a big problem with this issue and no one seems to be able to solve it.

Have you tried replacing the heater core ? If the flushing of the heater core did not work, the heater core may be bad. Very clogged with gunk and residue. did you try to check the valve that opens the hoses to the heater core. This valve can be vacuum, opened by cable or electric. Check to see if the hoses get hot at the firewall. they should be hot.
Have you bled the system after refilling with antifreeze/coolant ? the system has to be bled everytime you drain the radiator and /or add coolant. they have a bleeding screw at the oulet of the thermostat housing. You run the car until it is hot. then turn it of . Turn the bleeding screw with a screwdriver and let out the air. Refill with coolant and repeat until only coolant come out oif the system. Now that you said the hose had come off , I thought that there might be air in the cooling system.

I went out and checked the truck. When the engine was raised the hot (send) hose (with yellow strip on it) was hot and it came off. antifreeze went on the ground. The return hose was cold and stayed cold.
I had the same issue. You need to open the oil cap and look inside the engine. If you see a white residue around the cap and in the tube you are looking down then you have a main seal blown and the water isnt making it to your heater coil. Heat is the least of your concerns if this is the case. You will need to get the main seal repaired.
