Hello,If its like my 03 envoy, book it in to a dealer, they have to unlock it according to them, its about 60 bucks,,sorry,,good luck,

if you hold the 1 and 4 presets and you get 3 lines like this - - - then that meens there is no code stored so the problem is not in your theftlock but the radio or power to it.

You could drive to the dealer and they can help you get your radio unlocked and working again. If the dealer want's to charge you a crazy amount, you can log on to www.radio-code.com. There is a fee but it's much less then the dealer and you can get your radio working again and the instructions and codes for your radio to keep, unlike the dealer where they will just unlock it and return the car to you. are u the original owner of the car ?if so do you still have the books that came with the car? look for the delco radio book !there should be a card in there with a code and instructions! if not the only wasy is to go to the dealer or a radio repair shop to have it unlocked!
