Thank you very much for your reply Fernand... I did change the battery to a new one and still the same problem. I've been researching and all problems point to the CCM located underneath drivers side rug

I got the car to start and drove it around... it shut off while I was driving and wouldnt start it was like it wasn't getting fuel... so I pulled the fuel pump fuse and switched some fuses around it turned over but would immediately die like it was not getting fuel... so I took out the fuse for the fuel pump started it and drove home... Now the car sits in my driveway and will not start, the Key Fob broke and the alarm goes on immediately when I connect the battery

It cranks but no start? I have the CCM out disconnected and it is drying in my house... tomorrow when it is sunny and clear im going to hook up a heater in the car to dry up the wetness and condensation under the rug and in the ccm wiring.

did you change the battery ? wrong amps or voltage could do that sometimes. it's called reverse polarity.

My dodge ram 1997 trucks tail lights and signal lights don't work neither do brakes

If front marker lights and turn signals work (although turn signals may flash at a higher rate), you probably have a bad ground for your rear lights. Check on the left front fender well (yes, front) for a ground lug or bolt with a lot of wires attached to it. It may be hidden by or under the battery. Make sure the connections there are clean and tight. If you don't find one on the left side, look on the right front fender well.

Turn signal light right flash

flasher/blinker is busted. this is located under your dash board. remove steering column cover, turn on LEFT turn signal (yes, the one that is working), then you will hear a clicking sound. locate the relay that causes the sound. there you can see 2 relays (one for LEFT, other one for RIGHT turn),replace busted one.

Rear turn signal does not work

If the indicators on the dash are staying lit all the time, it is because you likely have a bad ground to one of your running lights, causing the running lights to ground through the turn signal circuits. This is often caused by either a bad socket assembly at one of the bulbs or an incorrect bulb is installed in one of the sockets. You need to check FRONT and REAR lights to see which one is not working correctly. Also check the running lights and marker lights on BOTH sides of the vehicle. There will be SOMETHING that will not look the same from one side to the other if the left side is working correctly and the right side is not. Please keep in mind that you cannot use the right REAR turn signal without also using the right FRONT turn signal. The problem could be at EITHER end.

Driver side signals only work when headlights are OFF

What may have happened is either the headlights wiring or the parking lights wiring somewhere along the wiring fused to the left turn signals wiring. Depending on if the turn signals go on when you put the parking lights on or the headlights on.

If the signals come on when you turn on the headlights than you only need to locate the light green wire that comes off the left turn signal harness.

Next follow that wire the entire way back to the firewall looking for another wire fused to that wire as you go.

If there are no signs of this you need to continue looking on the other side of the firewall all the way back to the turn signal and hazard flasher unit which is a black box that connects to a black harness located next to a grey harness behind the knee bolster.

But if the signals come on when you turn on the parking lights than you will also need to check the wiring from the rear left signal and follow that light green wire all the way back to the turn signal and hazard flasher unit.

This should fix your problem, but if not than your problem may lay within the the wiring between the turn signal/hazard switches and the turn signal and hazard flasher unit.

Also you may have a burnt circuit in the junction block. This block is where the light green from the rear left signal and front left signal meet. Don't have a description but if you cannot find it let me know and I will go out to the yard and look myself and let you know.

Electrical problem

Find the ground wire on one of the lights and add another ground wire to a good clean metal surface and see if that fixes the problem. It defently sounds like a ground problem at one of the lights.
