Went to start my car and its dead. No power locks, no lights, no radio...nothing. It hasn't been driven in like a week. Could it be battery? Can I try jumping it? My friend said I couldn't try because it was too dead? Could it be fuse that I've seen mentioned? please help.

1999 CONCORDE: check the battery terminals probably they are not tight enough...something like that happened to me just the lights turned on and the car seemed to be dead, the battery is still ok since then. I just needed to buy new terminals.

sounds like the problem I had last week (20 amp fuel pump fuse under the hood) but try all the fuses.
You ask "Fuel Pump" Heck, I dont know seems to control ALL the relays
seems your battery has already been discharged by the fog lamp! recharge or buy a new one, but you should fix first the fog lamp before hooking your battery! check for stuck -up relay!
SOURCE: Starter is dead.
Hi,
It does sound like a starter shorted out on you. You can remove the starter and have it checked... I think Autozone will do it for free. Plus if you needed a new starter, they'd want a core exchange anyway and you'd already have it in hand. Don't forget to disconnect your batery before you begin this operation!
Hope this helped... Good luck!
Testimonial: "The subtle comment about disconnecting the battery was a helpful reminder. Also, I was unaware that Autozone did this for free. Thanks!"

There aren't any fuses or relays for your problem, it must be taken to the dealer or other shop that has the special tool to do it to be reprogrammed. It's not a tool you want to purchase for casual use, it's called a "DRB III" and costs around $8,000. I have the directions to do it if you would still like them let me know.
