Does happen it in all weather conditions? hot or cold?
Just started about a month ago when it started getting cold
Check the MAP sensor vacuum hose for leaks
Didnt find any leaks
I had one car some years ago that I was having problem with on cold weather starts fine and runs great but sometime out of nothing engine dies out no codes after did a tunne up change fuel pump i find out that MAP vacuum hose was dry and causing the problem. after replace the hose never had more problems.
Have the car running and wiggle the hose to see if the engine pit changes
Will give it a try thanx for the advice

i just replaced the timing belt, and asked the garage to look at the transmission for me because i thought i was experiencing some subtle shifting problems. they told me the transmission looked fine, but i needed a new filter and fluid. the engine light didnt turn on til a couple weeks later tho. does this sound like a new filter and fluid would fix this problem?

DID THE BELT BREAK AND THEN IT WAS CHANGED. If so then you may have bent valve. IF NOT then vehicle may be timed wrong. Here is a diagram of your timing marks, http://www.2carpros.com/car_repair_information/tec_info/2002/hyundai/accent/2002_hyundai_accent_timing_belt_diagram_marks.htm contact if you need more help. dear friend-the code P1529 means transmission control module(TCM)-communication problem,so please look at the following items-wiring,tcm,ecm,
just a hint if the transmission is slipping then the tcm is getting the wrong information from the input and out sensors.

Most of the time they mean:
p0441 = Evaporative Emission System Incorrect Purge Flow
p0422 = Evaporative Emission Control System Leak Detected
(small leak)

Fuel trim too lean. Usually means vacuum leak. Look for crushed, broken or melted off vacuum hoses near intake manifold. Or an obvious hissing noise at a normal idle. If so replace or repair clear codes your done. If not obvious take carb cleaner spray with nozzle attached car running & go over all vacuum hoses, intake manifold, egr valve see if idle raises if so you found leak. Repair. Could also be bad oxygen sensor switching bad o2 sensor but rarely.
