Check to make sure you have power going to the fuses (with a test light) for these items, it sounds to me like you may have a blown fusible link or damaged wireing going to the fuse panel.

No power to my fuel pump.

the pump voltage must be tested cranking on any dead engine
a 2 man job
also all EFI engines cut fuel any time spark is detected by the PCM that spark is bad, in any way shape or form/.
like (CKP, CMP DEAD OR SPARK TACHO LINE DEAD.)
THAT IS TO END AS SEEN ON TV ,CRASH AND BURN !!!!
AND BY DOT LAWS USA.
ALSO PUMPS CAN BE DISABLED 2 WAYS
MORE
1: CRASH DETECTED (SRS ERRORS IGNORED), Oops not scanned?
2; OR A HIDDEN FUEL CRASH INERTIA SWITCH ON THE FUEL LINE FROM PUMP. TRIPPEd.

LEARN TO DO THE TESTS CORRECTY. 2MAN
1: ALL FUSES GOOD , AS IN ALL
2: SPARK IS GOOD ON ALL CYLINDERS.
3: SRS IT ANGRY (SCANS FAIL0
4: SCAN THE PCM OBD2 AND NO ERROR S SEEN CRANKING DEAD ENGINES

ALSO, IF CAR HAS IMMO.
IT CUTS SPARK AND DUE TO WHAT i JUST TOLD YOU CUTS, FUEL 1 OR 2 WAYS , for sure INJECTORS , AND SOME CARS DO PUMP TOO.(Rare yes)
do the tests. do the scans and win/

My 2005 uplander wont start, sometimes it tries to but... nothing. it cranks, acts like its not getting fuel. is it the throttle body, iac, relay or fuel pump, what???

I would first suspect the fuel pump. Do you hear it buzz on for a couple seconds with turning the key to ON, not start?
It should come on for 2 seconds to prime the line with pressure to the engine. Do you hear it? Stand by the gas tank and have someone cycle the key to on if you need to.
If you hear nothing from the tank, you need to investigate the fuel pump and it's circuit.
There will be a fuse for the fuel pump, it is under the hood in the power distribution box-the fuse/relay block. The power for the pump goes from that fuse to the fuel pump relay (also in that fuse/block) and when the engine computer signals that relay on, the power goes through the relay and then directly to the pump in the tank.
Try this test, if your pump doesn't work-test the FPR-to test if the relay is getting a signal from the computer: hold your finger lightly on the relay. now have a helper cycle the key again from off to on (not start). Every time the key is cycled you should feel the click of the relay energizing. If you feel it click and you checked the fuse and it is good, and you still have no pump coming on, then it is likely you need a new pump. Bang on the bottom of the tank, a couple of raps, then see if pump turns on. A failing pump can sometimes be turned on by jolting it like this, but it only works a time or two or three.
So now what? If the pump is working and putting fuel to the engine, then check for spark at a spark plug. Usually a sudden no start means the engine has lost either gas or spark.

Fuel pump relay diagram

To start with not getting gas so you changed spark ????what spark.
Go to fuse box find pump relay and get it tested if ok then check feed at relay if ok go to pump check power with test light first and then check power to fuse box.[ if you havent already ].

My 1999 nissan quest van is like its mot getting gas I put new fuel pump spark plugs cleaned fuel injectors it's still not starting

Can you hear the pump hum or buzz when you turn the key to on? It should come on for a couple of seconds to pressurize the fuel system. If you don't hear it, check the fuel pump fuse. If fuse is good, find the fuel pump relay under the hood. Hold a finger lightly on the relay and have someone turn the key to on. You should feel it click on to power the fuel pump. If no click from the relay, you will have to diagnose the fuel pump circuit. The relay should have power from a fuse link or a maxi-fuse that may be out. The computer signals the relay to turn it on.
Now if you do hear the pump, you would want next to check the ignition circuit: check for spark on one or two of the spark plug wires. The ignition is probably good if you see a blue snapping spark. If weak, intermittent, or orange colored spark, the ignition circuit would need diagnosing.

Truck wont start

If you have no fuel pressure at the engine when key is on, the pump is not coming on. Check fuel pump fuse, check fuel pump relay (relay should click when key turned to on-put finger lightly on it and feel for click when someone turns key to on). If no click, signal from computer may be lost, ground for relay may be lost, or relay may be bad. If it clicks, wiring from relay to pump may have failed, or the relay's main power source may not be there at relay-find the fuse link or maxi-fuse that powers that relay. One terminal at relay should be hot at all times-can check for that with a test light.
If pump is working and you do have fuel pressure, you will need to check injector circuit. Post back if questions, or need further help.

I just swapped out engines in my 4 Runner and i am unable to get it to start. turns over i have spark but seems like no fuel flow. where is the fuel pump selonoid? fuses related to fuel pump? etc?

There is no fuel pump solenoid, just the fuel pump fuse, relay and pump. Check power to the pump, and check power to the relay.

Check that your vehicle's ECU is compatible with this new engine. There is a chance that some components may differ slightly from the old ones.

I checked my spark plugs and have a spark going to each plug. I changed the fuel pump thinking I didn't have enough fuel pressure. I sprayed some starter fluid in the intake and it started for about 5...

If you are getting spark and the engine tries to run on starter fluid, then you have lost fuel. Check that you are getting injection pulses at the injectors and check the fuel pressure at the fuel rail at the injectors. Check for power to the fuel pump when the engine is cranking, If you get no power to the fuel pump when cranking the engine, check fuses and relays. If the pump is running but you have no fuel pressure, check the fuel filter and fuel pressure regulator and replace any that are faulty. If the injection pulses are missing, check the supply relay which supplies power to the injectors first ( the injectors are earthed by the ECU) Disconnect one of the injector plugs and using a test light (buy one from a auto parts store) clip the end to a good earth on the vehicle body, switch the ignition on but dont start the engine, then probe the two connections in the injector plug. One of these connections should be active all the time with the ignition switched on. If it is, you may have a sensor failure (crank sensor etc), if it is not, check fuses and supply relays. A word of warning, the wiring you are dealing with is connected directly to the engine control, if you make a mistake, you can cause irreparable damage so if you have any doubts, take the vehicle to a professional..
