I have one key with it but it has no button the battery has been replaced but connections were bad si i have been wiggle in it to make it start and to night went to do the same and the horn sounded and would not start i did not no i even had one on the landrover so now do not no what to do
Hi,
This is something that will only get worse I'm afraid.
You really need another key made to the original spec. By this - I mean a key cut to code - not just copied, that includes the immobiliser unit.
You can get one from a Land Rover dealership, but will be cheaper from a good locksmiths that cut immobiliser keys to code + program the immobiliser chip.
