If bulbs are ok then the problem could be the turn signal flasher. You might need to check that one. It is located on the right hand side of steering column under the dash.Facing the steering wheel. If you can pull radio out with ease, the flasher is located to the left of opening and it's on a bracket but can pop out without removing.

The turn and hazard flashers are integrated into one flasher on these models. The flasher is located on a bracket above the brake pedal. Replace the flasher by unplugging the old one, removing it from the bracket, and plugging in the new one.
Ther are seperate flasher modules for signal lights & 4 way flashers. Put the 4ways on & listen.Locate this module & the other is in the same area close by. Change it. Good luck!
