The battery you chose will not cause this problem. An open, blown or missing fuse however - will. Your SUV has (2) fuse boxes. One is under the dashboard and one under the hood (in the engine compartment). Both will be on the driver's side of the SUV. Page 325 of the manual details fuse location and replacements.
The protective cover will provide a description of the load it serves and the size fuse required. Locate the one you need and remove it for close inspection. Ideally, it should be checked with an ohm meter or continuity tester as they can fail without any visible indication. You may want to change it with a brand new one for good measure.
Replace the fuse only with the size recommended on the cover. Using the wrong size can cause nuisance failures or cause insulation on wires to melt.

For Lexus the ! symbol usually is low tire pressure that's all there's sensors in each wheel that report to the car that the pressure is low, also if your wondering how much air to put in the tires you can look by opening up the driver or sometimes the passenger side door and look along the door there's a label that will tell you each tires recommended pressure. Any other questions just ask and id be glad to help you folks, and if you don't mind if you can rate my answer if you get a chance it would be greatly appreciated..

Unscrew 3 - 4 screws on the front tire fendor cover close to your side marker light. Pull the fender cover out, use your other hand to reach the side marker light. Using twist and pull the light set out. Replace a new light bulb. Replace everything in a reverse order.

THERE ARE TWO FUSE BOXES ON THE CAR ONE UNDER THE DASH AND ONE UNDER THE HOOD. SHOULD BE ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF ENGINE COMPARTMENT WITH A COVER HELD ON WITH SCREWS OR LATCHES. ON THE INSIDE OF THE LID ON BOTH BOXES THERE SHOULD BE DIAGRAM OF LOCATIONS FOR THE FUSES
