1999 nissan sentra gxe is burning oil?

My car is burning oil and i don't know what it could be. There is only 68k on the car and 30k on the new engine. any help would be really appreciated. i don;t know if it matters but had a bad head gasket on the new engine so i got a rebuilt head for the engine. i don't know anything about cars, so any help would be wonderful.

If the motor is running good, try changing the pcv valve, as when they stop working properly, they can cause your motor to burn oil....

A wet air filter was put into my nissan sentra gxe with a 1.8L engine. It will start and idle, but won't rev much past 2000 rpm's. The filter was rmoved and the car sat in the sun all day hopi

never wash or wet an air filter as it closes up the pores in the paper element
fit a new element and then run the fault codes or reset the ECM using a scan tool

Could a 2003 Nissan Sentra GXE with 84,500 miles on it have oil loss problems? My service engine light came on the other day and when I had it checked at Auto Zone they said it was my Catalytic Converter...

Catalytic converter works with emission gasses and had nada to to with oil consumption. People at Auto zone are
a-- holes and you should stay away from them.

Every 10,000 miles partial service; change engine oil and filter, air and fuel filter's, spark plug's and check brakes fluid pipes and pad's. Every 50,000 full service. partial service plus change cambelt, check gear diff and power steering oils. Owners manual or any mechanic will let you know oil grades etc.

1999 nissan sentra gxe headlight problem

do you have the right light bulb? i own a 98 sentre and
it takes a 9004 bulb, but walmarts computer said to use 9007. That made the high beam censor stay on till i replaced it. if you look at the bulb you can tell if it is a dual or single beam bulb.!!!!

First off, nothing "blows" into the air filter. It would be getting sucked in from somewhere in your engine compartment. My guess would be leaking valve cover. Check around and feel for wet oil. That will also be a leak. Have you been going through more oil than usual? Check that also. Hope that helped.
