Check that the fuel hoses have been connected the right way round the high pressure supply hose is the one with the fuel filter on it and should deliver its fuel to the front end of the fuel rail.

The return hose comes from the rear of the rail adjacent to the fuel pressure regulator and connects to the return hose back to the tank.

Check all of the electrical connections including the cam cover grounding strap without this you get no spark!

It may not be a fuel problem Try a small shot of starting ether in the air intake. If it starts quick and shuts off it's a fuel problem but if it doesn't start start it's electrical.

Remove and discard the fuel injector retainer clips by installing EN-51097 injector retaining clip installer and spreading both sides of the clip evenly.
Always use NEW fuel injector collars supplied with injector when installing the new injector. If reinstalling the injector, it is not necessary to remove the collars unless the collars are being replaced.
Replace the injector seals as needed. Refer to Fuel Rail and Injectors Cleaning and Inspection.
Note
Inspect the injectors to be sure that they are clean and free of debris prior to installation. Do NOT lubricate the injector seals. Rebuild the fuel injectors whenever the injector has been removed from the fuel injector rail.

2005 neon cranks but dies after about 20 seconds. We changed fuel pump same thing changed crank shaft sensor same thing changed throttle body sensor same thing

Check fuel pressure at the injector rail. Watch it until the car dies. Also check to make sure injectors are not shutting off. Should be clicking as you try to start, even after the car dies. Could be a fault in the security system.

I changed the fuel pump,im getting gas to the fuel rail but none to the injectors

If gas is getting to the fuel rail, it is getting to injectors. If fuel pressure is good, probably the injector circuit is not working. With a test light you can check the injector circuit. Post back for further help. What year and make is the car?

Fuel injector diagram 2001 lincoln ls v8

This will provide a basic how to or DIY on how to replace your injectors, but for your specific application, we recommend you ask in our car forum.

Before You begin, It is essential to de-pressurize your fuel system. Disconnect the power to your fuel pump, by either disconnecting it's power supply, or pulling the fuel pump fuse or relay. Once the fuel pump has no power or relay installed, crank the engine for a few seconds. The engine might start, but should die a few seconds later. If it continues to idle, then you didn't disconnect your fuel pump or the correct relay.

Once the fuel system is de-pressurized, you can begin to remove various parts from the engine bay to help clear up room. On a typical system, there is a fuel feed, and fuel return. For these types of systems, you would need to disconnect both of the lines, and then disconnect the fuel pressure regulator. The fuel injectors are held in with clips that hold the harness to the injector. Remove these clips, and pop off the wiring harnesses. The fuel rail is held in with a few bolts. Remove these bolts, and then the fuel rail should be loose. Pull the fuel rail out of the intake manifold or cylinder head, and you can now easily remove the fuel injectors.

Make sure to cover the holes that are now in the intake manifold or head. Don't let any debris fall into this hole!

Pull the old fuel injectors out of the fuel rail, and then put the new injectors into the fuel rail. Make sure you have new "o" rings and you are all set. Simply put everything back together, and then don't forget to plug your fuel pump back in. The car may be hard to start the first few cranks as the fuel pressure builds, and then you are all done!

Diagrams for the above can easily be found in a Haynes or Chiltons Manual - Failing that look on the web, Best of luck.

How to seat fuel injecters

Assuming the injectors are already installed in the fuel rail, put a little fuel on the injector seals, position the injector rail in front of the holes in the head.
Start from one end of the rail and work the first injector into its hole a little bit, but not all the way. then do the same for the second and third. Work them in a little at a time so the injectors dont come loose from the fuel rail.
Once you get all injectors completely into the holes, rotate each of them back and forth until the injector turns smoothly when you rotate it. Once an injector rotates smoothly its seated correctly. But only rotate them a small amount back and forth.
If the injectors are removed from the fuel rail, do it the same way. Just install them in the fuel rail first, then install the rail/injectors into the cylinder head.

Engine started to shake and rumble when u start it and in idle

I think you right in your thinking by replacing the plugs. My guess is that an injector is partially blocked. Remove the fuel pump relay and take the vacuum hose of the pressure regulator on the end of the fuel rail. Try to start the engine to relieve pressure from the system. Remove the air cleaner ducting. Open the fuel filler cap for a second to relieve any pressure in the tank. Disconnect the fuel supply and fuel return pipes to the fuel rail. Unbolt the fuel rail mount, disconnect the injector electrical connections and ease the injectors out. Take care with the wiring some of the insulation can become brittle. The injectors are held in the intake manifold by 'O' rings and likewise to the fuel rail; securing clips ensure that the injectors are held securely to the rail. Wash and back flush these babies until you are happy they are clean and free of obstruction. Also check the fuel pressure regulator, it is rare for these to fail but its worth checking. Dry everything off. Apply a little oil to the 'O' rings prior to reassembly. If the problem persists at least you can cross this area off your list.

1995 jetta 2.0 fuel pump pressure good, injectors showing pulse with test light, removed fuel rail and cranked motor, injectors appeared to be working, although seemed to be very small amounts of fuel (not...

ok could be a few things.

Have you changed the inline fuel filter? these usually have paper filter elements and after a while can be clogged with moisture which blocks fuel flow. The fuel pump will still have good pressure but the fuel rail will lack the flow required and you may burn out an injector as its running too lean. Secondly, the MAF sensor, could be dirty, clean it with electrical cleaner.

I think its more likeylt the fuel filter blocked. Try and bypass it if possible, reset the ECU and try agiain

1995 honda civic d15b7 cranks but wont start. new

Are you sure you have correct timing? its definetly a fule problem, if timing is good then turn your key to the on position and try to listin for the fule pump to prime. While the key is in on position go to fuel rail, there is a valve on fule rail called sharader valve. Get a small screw driver and press valve in to check if car has fule pressure. if pressure is present then it is incorrect timing or possible bad cam sensor.
