P0354 = Ignition Coil "D" circuit
P0356 = Ignition Coil "F" circuit

Inspect spark plugs first.

Then, measure/test your HT leads to ensure they are within spec.

If the above proves ok, then suspect a bad coil pack.

SOURCE: 93 Grand Cherokee 4.0 trouble starting in cold weather

Welcome to the forum. Your question has to many variables. Cold weather out here in Cen Cal this time of year is mid 40s. Is the problem when the vehicle is cold as in ovrernight but starts ok when it is warm? Does it crank OK but seem like it's not getting fuel? If you hold the throttle slightly open, does it start OK?

There is a sensor on the top of the transmission housing that if it goes bad can give you these sypmtons. It's called the crank sensor.

Check our Idler ( the black item right under he TPS at the trottle body) for function and clean them. If this don't works, check your fuel pressure (right cylinder bank, between 3. and 5. injector is a connector) you need 49 to 52 PSI. Check for stored trouble codes (ignition on, till bulb check is over), off-on four times, miles display will change in Trouble code mode. If there are any codes stored, you will get P and four digits, after finished you'll get "done". If there are no codes stored you'll get immediately "done" . If there are some codes stored, pleasy come back again with the numbers

SOURCE: My 1997 Jeep grand cherokee is running real rough ...

check the cables of the spark plugs, some times it occurs that the cables get loose from its plastic retainers and touch any metal in the engine, causing missfire of the related spark plug, hence rough running of the engine. Put all cables on the retainers making sure none touches the bare metal of the engine. That should help.

SOURCE: no codes rough idel fills

You could have a bad spark plug wire, not allowing all your cylinders to fire. make sure the spark plugs are gapped correctlly, they don't always come pre-gapped,check your timing, and your firing order, if just one sparkplug wire is out of place it can make your car sound like its falling apart. good luck!
