Fuses usually turn black when they blow.
If not get a car bulb use a bare wire to make contact with the bulb and battery. touch the other contact to the battery to verify bulb is working.
connect bulb to fuse contact
touch battery with unused fuse contact.
then connect bulb to other battery terminal with wire.
bulb should light if fuse is ok

easy way trade position with another fuse of the same color

I have a 2001 Mazda Mellinia, the a.c. fuse is blown, what kind of fuse will I need and where is it found in the fuse box

If you do not know where it is or what it looks like than how do you know it is blown?

It is not difficult to visually look at a fuse to see whether or not it is blown. a visual inspection can be done with a flashlight and without removing any fuses from the fuse block. A blown fuse will typically have a black spot and an open in the wire between the two posts.

A test light can also be used to quickly identify blown fuses. if one side has power and the other side does not the fuse is no good.

Your owners manual will also help you identify fuses. In the back you will find the index. Look under fuses and it will give you the page numbers. If you do not have an owners manual one can typically be downloaded on the manufacturers website. Just look for an "owners" link usually near the top of the page.

What does each fuse goes to in each fuse box?

If you suspect a blown fuse, i suggest that:

Instead of wasting time searching for the exact location, why not just remove each fuse 1 by 1, and replacing them as you go so you don't mix them up. If you have any blown fuses, you will find it in under 30 seconds. If you don't know the difference between a good vs blown fuse, ill post a picture to help you identify.

If your car has the round clear fuses with metal caps on each end, then blown ones will be burned black.

Radio fuse has blown need to know which one it is

there should be a 'legend' on fuse box cover identifying locations specific to your model.blown fuses are readily identified when removed & inspected. after market radios usually have an 'inline' fuse on the power supply wire as well.
