switch for the fuel pump located on a 92 accord can be in about three different locations under the hood or inthe boot behind one of the panels or in the driver or passenger footwell behind the panels
You must drop the tank to change the fuel pump. There is an access panel, but not big enough to remove the fuel pump. To do that, you must cut/enlarge that hole.

Honda Accords, or Hondas for that matter do not have fuel cutoff switches. If you are not getting any fuel, either the fuel pump or the main relay is bad.
