I have a 2000 Subaru Outback, all the lights on the vehicle- headlights, tail lights and dashboard lights keep flickering when I drive.

May have a weak or broken motor mount along with a bad ground showing up as the engine torques and lifts up losing ground and causing the issue of flickering lights .

Under your dash by steering column,by your left knee, is a small 4" x4" box that has a small wire attached. On the end of the wire is a small button. Push the button with the ignition in the on position. It will reset the alarm system. That will stop your lights from flashing. Have a great day.

Temp gauge wont stop reading hot and dash lights flicker

90% of the time the reason for this is because there are air bubbles in the cooling system. You just have to bleed the system and you will be fine
