How to unhook a alarm stytem in my 2005 chevy malibu if it keeps killing my battery

Hey! I pulled out my manual and there is no fuse specified for the alarm. Whoever put the alarm in will have to tell you what fuse is used for it. If you purchased it from the dealer with one, then they should be able to tell you. If all else fails, I found a link to the pdf file of the owner's manual. i think it stands for traction control. most cars with that say ETC which stands for electronic traction control. if you have a manual for the car it should say what it is.

Don't put a bigger fuse in !!!!!!! Replace the unit they are cheap !!! And easy...

You will need to have the radio reset or checked out at the dealer.Ther could be a cd stuck in it.Or the radio/CD player may have be on when the battery power got to low.
