Try to check the fuses for the pump and if that's not the problem it might be the pump itself that has bad O-rings in it wich is very complicated to change, the rotator and the top of the pump has to have same alignment otherwise it won't start. Usually there are some leakage around the pump, i don't know about the renault but it shouldn't be so different from WV 4motion TDI wich had the same fault.
Testimonial: "thanks that is very useful advise, but forgot to state the fact that there is no power to the injectors new fuse box was fitted wiring all tested fine ,from injectors till plug on ecu ,pump preasure seems to be okay"

The cheapest way to go is to change the fuel filters first and the air filter. Then I would change the crankshaft sensor.
You may have to bit the bullet , and have the fuel pump changed before the fuel injection pump. The fuel pump in the tank can be loosing pressure to the fuel injectoin pump.
I think the lesser cost is the fuel tank pump vs. the fuel injection pump.
The system runs of fuel and air. No spark like on a gas engine.
So the problem can only be lack of fuel or lack of air getting into the vehicle air induction. A restriction in fuel or air will make the engine run poorly.

Either the replacement sensor the windscreen technician should have fitted isnt connected properly to the glass or it has developed an intermittant fault - quite common with Renaults especially megane scenics and grand scenics....
