Code 443 is a problem with the EVAP canister purge control valve.
The computer can not purge the vapors in the gas tank to the canister because the valve is not functional.
The valve and the circuit would need to be tested.
P0443 is your purge control valve, it is located on the top right side of the motor.connected to the plenum.

Was the repair facility a Hyundai dealership? If not, I would recommend a second opinion from a certified dealership. This way you will have more information and a better idea as to how much the repair will cost.
The canister in your evaporator system may need to be replaced. These will fill with emissions and cause a trouble code. Hope this helps.
