You might have to change the spark plugs or at least have them cleaned.

If everything is turning on, and there's power... check for 12V at the alternator. it may be out now.... or a connector came loose, or wire broke.
SOURCE: CAR DOESNT START I BELEIVE ITS AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM
I WOULD GUESS IF YOUR STARER IS KICKING IN AND THE DOESN,T START IT WILL BE YOUR TIMING BELT MAY HAVE JUMPED OR BROKE . IF THE CAR DOES THIS IT SOMETIMES WILL RUN BUT WILL SOUND LIKE IT IS GOING TO FALL APART OTHER TIMES IT JUST WON,T START. YOU CAN PULL A SPARK PLUG AND TEST IT TO SEE IF THERE IS SPARK BY REMOVING AND SLOWLY TURNING IT OVER

Whats the battery voltage when you turn the key on or try to crank it? Have you checked to make sure the terminals are clean?
An almost dead battery will still read 12 volts until there is a load on it. Then you will see the voltage drop to almost nothing. Checking the battery voltage with the key on or with the headlights on will give you a better picture of the health of the battery. Since it starts and runs with a jump I would say a new batter is in your future.
