It clicks the entire time when my blinker is OFF. Sounds like I left my turn single on or my hazard lights on but they are off. We have changed the hazard light button but now it "clicks" worse then what it did before. Also my speedometer needle is not lighting up. Does this have something to do with that?
SOURCE: Bussmann Flasher for Saturn
The flashers are timed thru the hazzard switch. The hazzard switchneeds replaced. As for your other problems, has to be a body control module. The dealer will need to program this peice, as it holds the miles.
SOURCE: No Brake Lights?!?
There is brake light switch located under the dash. It is inserted in a metal bracket that is a part of the brake pedal assembly. When you depress the brake pedal the pedal arm moves away from the brake switch allowing a spring loaded plunger to move out of the switch. As the plunger moves out of the switch a set of contacts close in the switch and turn the brake lights on.
You stated the 10amp under hood brake light fuse is good so check to see if you have power on the "orange" wire at the brake switch with pedal all the way up. Then press the pedal down and you should have power on the " light blue" wire going out of the switch.
We will start there, let me know what you find.

SOURCE: Saturn 2002 VUE Turn Signal not working properly.
You need to check your left side turn/park lamp bulbs for correct part # & installation. If that checks out you deffinetely have a ground problem. When you have other lights blinking with you turn signals you have either a bulb incorrect or a bad/poor ground. If bulbs check out check your forward lamp harness ground.Hope this helps

Its either a blown fuse or a relay but the first thing to check is the FLASHER UNIT it will be under the dashboard somewhere and when on and working you can hear a tick tick tick or a click and now you cannot
as the flasher can works both indecators and hazards.
So find it Fix it and away you go ..Have a goodday. Ron
