Cold air in cab

Look for a loose to broken air hose for the drivers side damper motor.

A nice radiator and heater core flush should fix you up.

Does it have passenger side controls

CHECK all the vent hoses, are they connected, no ob strucctions, when the last time you replaced the cabin air filter ? do you have one? look @ your owners manual, also, you may need to have several heater controls, or other control on as well, see owners manual, anything fall into the defroster vents ? replace thermostat @ engine. see how this works for you, good luck

the heater vacuum motor and lines needs to be checked.Also get the blend door checked.

try to pop off the panel to the dash and follow the vent sounds like it has become disconnected somewhere and cold air coming from outside somewhere on firewall also check the heater core see if it is blocked by something like disconnected line

something wrong with flap operating device ?? would need to get my head under the dash to sort it though because their is so many variables of what could be causing it ,quick fix is to disconnect the operating mechanism and put a elastic band on it till the weather warms up

I would assume with multiple people having the same problems, there should be a service bulletin on this issue. may want to call dealer with vin # to verify. sounds like a heater control issue under the dash. something i would leave to the experts for repair
