I have the same problem.Plug your block heater for at least 2 hours,but the problem will still exsist .I've replaced the air flow sensor, replaced the coolant tempature sensor beacause both do have an effect on cold starting,but still the same result. Now I know they had recalls on the crank sensor and it has been changed about 5 years ago, and will try to change this one again and see after
