Battery fully charged and under 6 months old, no clicking sound when turning key
Check if head lights are on while cranking, if so, possible starter or circuit issues..

Alternator problem, the alternator charges the battery when car is running, so it has probably died now. Was working at reduced capacity for a while, which is why you were only getting a partial charge for some time. Now you have an open circuit completely as alternator has failed completely, time for a visit to an auto electrician. PS replacing acid in battery with distilled water is not a good idea. It probably was time for a new battery anyway.
Sounds like the starter is shot. However, Check ALL the battery terminals and check the terminals on the starter they can get grimmy and dirty also chech the battery earth connection to the engine and the chassis. And what was checked ?? was it just the battery or was the charging system checked ??

SOURCE: will not crank or turn over
could be the alternator could be the starter. Alternator is easier to get out. Take it to Autozone and they will test it for free, rather than spending money without being sure.
SOURCE: no engine crank with battery fully charged. we did
Check all the fuses and fusible links, the links are most likely on the starter.
SOURCE: turn key and nothing. no
could be the starter, get a cheap test lite and get under the truck, on the starter is 2 wires, a big one, and a little one, peirce the little one with test lite and have someone turn the key, if it lites up replace the starter
