It has one of those all time day lights on, and I took that fuse out, when I turn lights on at nights it work, both low bean and high bean, for a while than, low bean won't come on
Check dimmer switch, replace if needed,'
Check light sockets and wires, replace as needed.
Check for relay if applicable.

Other possibilities are; the bulbs themselves, burnt or corroded bulb sockets, or a bad headlight selector switch.

Someone will need to check for voltage at the dimmer switch and then trace back to the fuse box as needed.

You did all this replacing but didn't check and follow power.Got any money left.lol,get a meter and check power at brake light switch,see if power is going to switch.
