Have you checked your MAF? Sentra's are famous for them having problems, I havent had an issue with mine yet thank god.

It could be one or all of 4 sensors. the MAF, the MAP or the idle position sensor or dirty fuel injectors. the fuel injectors can be cleaned with an over the counter fuel injector cleaner bottle that you pour in your tank.If these do not fix it, it will be the EGR valve or a vacuum leak to the EGR. Check the fuel injectors first by buying the cleaning product. then check for vacuum leaks around the Fuel injector housing. Buying some starting fluid and spraying it over the small hoses while the car is running will make the engine stall when the fumes from the starting fluid get into the system. then have it scanned again to more or less tell which sensor it is. it could very well work with the fuel injector cleaner.

Try the idle air control valve it is located near the throttle body it has a four wire plug and has two small hoses attached to it this is a small stepper motor that controls the amount of air on start up this part will cost about $200 from a popular auto parts store.

This def sounds like a fule pump issue ...it should be located in the gas tank its self although i would check the fuses first before getting into the tank.
If this is in a 240sx the way into the tank is through the trunk.Lift the carpet and you will see on the mid right side a small 6-8" lid with some wires going into it. Unscrew that and your on your way in.
If you do pull out the pump just be careful handling it as to not break the sensor unit attached to the pump.

I have same/similar problem.... if this problem happens off and on... runs well one day and next day is jerky-stalling then it's more than likely your airflow meter
