I have Toyota corolla fielder 2007 model with start push button, the remote fail to lock / unlock the doors, how should i reprogram it to faunction as before?

go to any Toyota dealer. They will sell you a new key fob but they also charge extra for programming. Total cost for the key fob and programming will be around $100. any Toyota dealer can do it for you

This happens more than you would think.
The dealership will have the equipment to match the remote to the vehicle.

try this procedure, close all doors, insert key into ignition switch,press and hold door unlock switch,turn ignition switch from on to off twice, release door unlock switch,doors will lock then unlock to confirm programming mode.now simultaneously press and hold the lock and unlock buttons of the first remote transmitter after approximately 15 seconds doors will lock then unlock to confirm remote transmitter programming. if all fails to work take vechicle to dealership, they will have to use diagnostic equipment to reprogram remote.

reprogram the remote transmitter. first leave driver door open all other doors closed,key removed from the ignition switch. insert key into the ignition switch,then remove it.press lock and unlock on the vechicle door lock control switch at 1 second intervals 5 times. close and repoen drivers door.press lock and unlock on the vechicle lock control switch at 1 second intervals 5 times. insert key into ignition switch. switch ignition on and off twice to program a remote transmitter code whilst erasing the original codes or three timre to check how many remote transmitters are currently registered.remove key from the ignition switch.system should now lock and unlock.twice to indicate programming mode or one to four times,slowly to indicate number of remote transmitters registered.for the solara press and hold lock and unlock remote buttons together, press lock remote button for a second period of 1 second. system should now lock and unlock vechicle.once to confirm, twice to indicate registration has failed.if required repeat button procedure to program remaining remote transmitters.note to exit programming mode close drivers door or insert ignition key.maximum of 4 remote transmitters can be programmed.if akk failed let dealership reprogram remote transmitters.

1-insert and remove key from ignition two times

2-close and open driver door two times

3-insert and remove key once from ign.

4-close and open drvr door twice

5-insert key into ign.,then close driver door

6-turn key to on (not start) then off, twice this is rewrite mode,have all remotes to reprogram it will clear any lost remotes.

7-remove key from ignition,the door locks should cycle twice.if not start over.it may take a few tries.

8-press lock/unlock together and hold for a second

9-release,and press lock on remote,the door locks will cycle confirming program.continue to do other remotes you have,steps 8 and 9.if only one in possession,you are done. To end mode open door or insert key into ignition.

You'll need to follow the steps with no more than a 1-2 second delay between each step.. hope it works

the actuator might have been disconnected from the lock, its attached inside the door, with a metal rod that clips into the actuator, check it out, might be a easy fix, good luck and god bless, please rate me!

I have an A4 and did this to re-program my key:

1. used the key to start the car...then turned it off
2. put the key in the driver door (door closed)
3. pressed the lock button on the key fob once
4. turned the key to lock the door.

This is basically the steps in the owners manual, but the car must be started with the key first, and the key must be in the door lock before pressing the lock button.
