96 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo Speakers

The size of the bolts that go on the starter of a 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo will depend on the model of starter you are using. In general, most starters use bolts that are M6, M8, or M10 in size.

check the speaker connection it might be loose

A bad connection at the speaker or the unit could be a problem. Burned out amp section as well.

Change the radio if it looks worse than the speakers. Or, go buy some junkyard speakers and try them out. If none of this works, sell the car.

• The factory speakers are 6x9 BUT the magnet on the factory speakers are much smaller than on aftermarket, higher quality 6X9 speaker making it almost certain the window will not roll down after installing an aftermarket 6X9.

• Most go with a 6X5 because they are a bit smaller and there is a wider variety of them. Where ever you go to purchase that speaker. make sure the measurements are taking real well if going with another 6x9. There is always the option of the factory 6x9 but a nice aftermarket will fit in there so long as you mind the size.

6.5" in all the doors dash is wierd. 2.75" but i have been able to squeez in a 3.5"

you should be able to go to parts store and they can tell you exact size it is either as 5 or 6 inch round

you might need a set of torx or allens but as far as i know there shoulnt be any problem.

the sensor is located right above the oil filter, careful they crack very easily...but are really easy to replace...
