Do you have to remove the seat to replace the female end of the seat belt on a 99 park avenue?

The female end of my driver's seat belt on my 99 Buick Park Avenue is all busted apart and I keep having to rig the exposed spring back in for it to latch, I got a replacement and want to know if I need to remove the seat to replace it. I have power seats and it's kinda bench but kinda not its bench through the middle and stops at the passenger seat. Thanks

How to replace rear turn signal bulb 99 park avenue

Replacing a front turn signal bulb is easy, as I just did my own. On the front driver's side, look at the wheel well splash panel and you'll see one plastic pin. Use a claw hammer and pull the pin out. Now just pull the plastic splash panel out of your way.

Look behind the front bumper and you'll see the light fixture. The top left wire and & bulb socket is right there. Give the socket a 1/4 turn to the left and you have access to replacing the bulb which is a 194, available at any parts store, 2 for $5.00.

2002 buick park avenue power drivers seat won't go up or down

The most common problem is the gear breaking under the seat. There is one motor to make the front go up and down and one motor to make the back go up and down. The front up/down motor is the easier one to replace. I have a video of one way to fix the up/down motors. I demo the back motor. 2000 buick park avenue ultra sunroof fuse location

The fuse for the sunroof is located under the back seat. The back seat can be removed by pulling up on the front (slide your fingers under the front side of the seat and pull up.) There will be a 3" square black box just about the middle of the seat area. This fuse box should have a 20 amp mini fuse (yellow in color) for the sunroof next to a line of 3 other fuses (15 amps and 10 amp fuses if I remember correctly.) Mine was not burnt out, so it's on to the next step of checking the wiring from switch to motor... :)

The right passenger seat belt will not pull out. It seems to be stuck in the "housing "for the belt on the side floor of the vehicle

Take off cover and check it out. Worst case New Seat Belt Assy and you will need the special torx type driver socket just for seat belts to remove it
