The interior lights wont shut off, with doors shut and interior light switch off, the lights still stay on.
Some times the door switch can be faulty. and it may be coincidence that the interior switch is faulty too. i have owned alot of S- series trucks and a few of them have done this to me. you need to individually check each door for switch contact
Rear Hatch switch could be on. For this happend in my 94. pop the glass and see?

have u tested the lite switch in the drivers door? it is most likely stuck
with all doors shut my Interior lights stay on and only go off when I pull the fuse which turns off my radio
