The starter is good. It has a new battery, starter relay, fuel pump relay, fuel pressure regulator and new distributor. When you initially start the car it will start. If youturn it off it will turn over but it wont start. I have to let the vehicle sit approximately 20 minutes and hold the accelerator to the floor while turning the ignition to start. What might my problem be.
Look under the dash all the way beside the drivers door. bolted to the wall is a relay about 2 inches by 3.5 inches wide and about 1.5 inches thick. Its called a MAIN relay. At o'reilly auto parts the number is R3046 by BWD. Its a simple plug in connection. I'd try that first. And trust me, ask for it by the part number, not the application. I worked there at one time.

Yeah ommjohn had some great questions for ya. If the crank sensor is bad you will have no fire to the plugs. So i'll make this short and sweet. You already replaced the relay and fuel pump. So either you have a bad crank sensor, or your car computer is bad. If i were in your shoes i would go to a salvage yard and purchase a computer for your car. This is an expensive item so thats why you go to the salvage yard you can pick up for like 50 bucks. The computer is inside your honda, bolted to the floor back behind your heater and stereo. I just about guarantee this will fix your car. You have no fire, and no fuel. The computer controls both of these important components.. Should be an easy fix for ya

sounds as if the wires on the fuel pump are unplugged or broken,or maybe a bad fuse, fuel pump relay.

either have a shop scan it for trouble codes or buy a scanner your self at local parts store have OBDII scanner and find out for your self it could be a number of things.

if your car has problems starting then gas shouldnt be the problem.. maybe an alternater or starter ignition

most common problem with these civics are the rotor and ignitor. i would reccommend starting with a new dist cap, rotor, and ignitor.
