Your transmission is filled though the dip stick tube. You will need a very small funnel and pour slow or it will backup. And don't add too much, it doen't hold very much.

It's funny because the dealership told me I needed a fuel filler tube, but when I took it to AutoZone for a free dx check they said my fuel cap was loose or defected. Toyota was so adamant that I had a leak-them thinking I am a female and I don't know, but I didn't see any leakage of course. Fuel cap only cost 20 bucks verses the 300.00 service to replace the filler tube plus a list of unneeded service. What do you know, check engine light is off and Toyota is full of it.
