The flter housing airbox is accessable only from driver's side after accelerator pedal assembly is removed.

Yes that is correct. The only filter is inside the fuel tank, and as I recall its a non exchangeable filter. It just gets replaced with the fuel pump when it goes bad
it could be a motor mount check the condition of it or it can be that something with the suspension might need attention . . those things can cause vibration at certain speeds
