You basically have to unbolt the oil pan and then replace the filter inside.

SOURCE: mitsubishi outlander cooling fans not operating

There is a Recall to replace your cooling fan module because of this concern.

Open your hood and look at the black box bolted to your radiator fan by the battery. If it does not have a green dot on it, you have not had the replacement fan module installed.

Contact your local dealer with your VIN handy to verify the recall has not been done and to schedule an appointment.

If the recall has been done, verify if you have power coming out of the module to the fans, as the fans do burn out eventually.... but rarely both at once.

SOURCE: how do you reset change oil light on mitsubishi outlander

Turn the key off.

Press the "Info" button on the left of the dash cluster until your maintenance miles/months screen is displayed.

Press and hold the "info" button until the maintenance screen begins flashing.

Release the "info" button and then push and hold it it for one second.

Your Maintenance intervals should reset to +6 months and +7500 miles since the last interval amount.

Note that if you have not reset it for more than one interval, you may need to do it more than once. If you have not done it for many intervals, you may need to have it reset with the scantool at a dealer, as I have run into a handful of vehicles that the oil change reminder locked up after 3-4 "intervals" were skipped/not reset.

Would code P084A for a transmission fluid pressure sensor require an $8000 transmission replacement for a 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander?

No they are crooks! The genuine part from Mitsubishi is $120 and it looks like you could do it yourself.

Where is the transmission fluid pressure sensor? The pump pressure switch is located on the transmission housing next to the pump. The switch lets the computer know what the pressure is coming from the pump when the engine is running. The servo pressure switch is located on the housing near a band or servo in the transmission.

Where is the transmission filter on 2003 mitsubishi outlander

It is inside the transmission, you have to get under the car, drop the oil , if it has a plug, or drop the pan, oil will leak for days, 2 or 3 bolts hold the filter in place, take out the plastic plug if you find one floating around in the pan, and put it all back together.

Hi I need to make tune up to automatic transmision for Mitsubishi Outlander 2003 but the auto parts told me this auto don't need this tune up

Engines get tuned up. Transmissions get the filter and fluid changed. The auto parts store guy misunderstood what you want to do.
