Have you changed Fuel pump relay, or plugs/wires?

best thing to do is check for fuel and spark.your vechicle type has fuel filter in gas tank.remove fuel pump by removing rear seat cushion by pulling the seat stopprr near the floor and lift the cushion up.remove the pump inspection cover on the right side of the vechicle.then remove pump harness connector and fuel lines then remove fuel pump with fuel filter.

pump could be in a crooked binding kinking fuel pump sock restricting fuel flow or your fuel pump electrical harness disconnected or has poor connection not seat all the way in pump electrical terminal socket.

May need professional injector cleaning.

my car wont crank, and I dont hear the fuel pump turn on when its in the on position. I have gotten a new fuel pump but it still dont work when it is in the on position nor crank my car. But you can hear the fuel pump when I try to crank the car but when i stop trying to crank it you hear the fuel pump go off. So if you could help me someone, anyone I would be totally happy :) my car is a (2001 Mitsubishi Galant 4cylinder)
