If it does not make any noise, or sound like its getting any power, most likely its the switch.

I had the same problem to the T. I look online for all the same solutions and I can only tell you what worked for me. Actually what I think worked, HAHA! I went out to my truck and unplugged both battery terminals from battery and placed them together to supposedly reset the electrical system, "so I was told." After this for about 20 min or so, I went back out and in this order; re-installed positive terminal followed by negative terminal to battery. After this I checked locks and windows and surprise they worked. I've seen a lot of people say that all they did was wait and they worked later, so maybe it was that and not what I did, but who cares, they work now. Give it a shot and if it works for you, GREAT let me know, I HATE CHEVY CAUSE OF THIS......they wanted me to pay for a stupid diagnostic before they would help me........well screw you I fixed myself. Hi!
Due to following issues driver side window will not go down or up while pushing window button.
First of all check battery voltage at window switch. If there is no voltage at that switch, then check for any broken wire between door and body. It may also be due to bad window motor or bad window switch (see if window can be operated by driver switch or individual switch). There may also be bad window switch connector (pin connectors broken). Please also check for lockout switch if it is bad.
Please replace any part which is bad and it will resolve the issue you are facing with.
Please do rate this solution as FixYa and revert for further assistance.
Thanks
Rylee

I had the same problem - driver side fine, passenger side front not working/slow or the back seat. You need to replace the window motor on the passenger side. Yes, there are two motors. It's pretty simple if you are handy with some tools. The hardest part is getting the 4 mounts that hold the window motor to the door off. The are factory riveted to the door, so I had to grind the outsides off and tap them out. Just watch the spring lever that holds the window bar for going up and down. I didn't pay attention and it snapped back - nearly broke my thumb.
