Electrical problem I bought 2006 Sebring convertible in June 2008, used. The LED lights on the dash dim and brighten intermittantly. Nothing else seemd to be affected until rear defroster stopped working. Then yesterday while driving, the "ding" sounded once and the trip odometer reset itself to O.O! Any ideas what this might be and cost to repair?

How do I make clock light bright

First is to adjust the dash lights which is on your light control. Should be a thumb toggle that you use to turn on your dome lights. All the way up will brighten your dash and clock lights. There should also be a setting in your menu on the clock/radio itself.

Lights keep going dim on mini cooper s 2007 dashboard

You don't say if it's "just" the dash lights, or if other lights do it as well. Try turning on a dome light and see if the dome light does it along with the dash lights. Do you notice your headlights doing this as well? These are just troubleshooting steps. If multiple light sources (dome, headlight, etc.) do it, then it's most likely a voltage regulator issue.

Lights dim while driving

Have your charging system checked. I had a similar problem with a chrysler van - the lights would brighten and then dim periodically. it turned out to be the battery.
