I had a similar problem that turned out to be some bad rubber bushings on the alternator mounting bolt. The alternator would shift from side to side causing misalignment with the serpentine belt. To check this, you will need to remove the serpentine belt and take a close look at those bushings. If they are original equipment, I would change them out. In my case, everything lined up fine, but with the engine running, the alternator would shift position and shred the serpentine belt. Good luck.

Since i didn't get a response, I did some digging on my own. I have been in the automotive industry and sold the parts, so I was familiar as to what it is I needed. I went to an auto parts store, and purchased the belt, along with I requested some information for replacement. Came home and had a friend help me figure it out. took about 20 minutes but got it taken care of.

The way I do it - is to use socket wrench with socket # 15 mm.
Stick your socket wrench on the bolt in the center of the tensioner (set up to tighten). Rest the belt on the socket after you mounted the belt around all of the pulleys - following a scheme. Resting belt on the socket will give you enough slack to set your belt all over. Now, push your socket wrench clockwise, as much as you can and with other hand set your belt over the tensioner.
If you don't have any help to hold the belt on the power steering pulley and the drive pulley - you can use a piece of a duct tape to temporary secure the belt on those pulleys.

first thing you need to do is get a new belt that belt dressing just destroyed that belt that stuff is no good then get a new belt tensioner clean all the pullys with some brake clean then install the belt tensioner and belt if its still sqealing there maybe a pully making the noise to check that when you have the belt off spin them by hand and listen to them and feel for any play in the bearings

take the pressure off the belt and move belt off the tensioner then unbolt it and remove then bolt on the new one then put pressure on tensioner to put belt back on (make sure you see and know how the belt goes back on incase it comes off more than you intended)
