I have changed a new battery in my Ford Escape 2006. Before changing battery, I tried to boost my old battery but jumper cables caught fire and I immediately took off cables. Now, while new battery is there, car starts, head lights, power windows, wipers etc evey thing works properly but NO ELECTRONIC DISPLAY of Temperature, speed or any other digital display. Even Car tape also is not working. Can anybody tell, is this the Fuse problem or Computer is not working?

Unfortunately, if it shows nothing at all you will have to replace it. The only serviced part is the globe for the backlighting.
