you can try this unplug the batt. from ground. let it set for 30min.put it back but still you need to replace the main pproblems if this dont work

This just means that the OBD was reset recently and the car hasnt been driven enough for readings to be given by the OBDII. Just drive the car a while, and then all should be READY. After any OBDII reset, the car must go through a certain number of "Drive Cycles" before the OBDII will emit any readings. Refer to the manufacturer to find out exactly how many, and how to complete them.

    the FSM covers this code, what to do and to find which part is
    bad , not guessing, the ECU cant tell you what part is bad or dirty.
    it only tells you what tests failed.
    read the FSM or take the car to any ASE certified Mechanic.
    this car is Throttle by wire. technology. (a pain , the TSB proves it.)

    SYMPTOM
    In cold temperatures, the MIL comes on with DTC P1659 (electronic throttle control system control relay OFF malfunction). PROBABLE CAUSE Moisture inside the throttle control relay may freeze. This would cause the relay to fail, storing DIG P1659 along with any of these DTCs: P0135: Rear Air Fuel Ratio (A/F) Sensor (Bank 1, Sensor 1) Circuit Malfunction, P0141: Rear Secondary Heated Oxygen Sensor (Secondary HO2S, Bank 1, Sensor 2) Heater Circuit Malfunction, P0155: Front Air Fuel Ratio (A/F) Sensor (Bank 2, Sensor 1) Heater Circuit Malfunction, P0161: Front Secondary Heated Oxygen Sensor (Secondary H025, Bank 2, Sensor 2) Heater Circuit Malfunction, P0498: Evaporative Emission (EVAP) Canister Vent Shut Valve Control Circuit Low Voltage.     It is a generic OBD2 power train Code. The same solution could be applied to all other vehicles as well.
    Error Code: P0171
    Description:
    Fuel Trim (FT), System too Lean, Bank 1
    Possible Causes:
    - Fuel pump pressure too high or regulating valve stuck closed.
    - Intake/ exhaust leak.
    - Secondary air injection (AIR) system.
    - Manifold absolute pressure (MAP) sensor.
    - Mass air flow (MAF) sensor.
    - Fuel pressure/pump.

    P1684 - 1683 - 0135 - 0442 - 0455 error codes

    It is not a fault code per say, it only indicates the battery has been disconnected or went dead in the last 50 drive cycles I believe.
    P1683
    This code refers to the cruise control speed servo power circuit is open or shorted. The power comes through a normally-on contact in the brake light switch. Use a test light or voltmeter to measure the voltage on the yellow wire / red stripe on the switch. If it's there, measure on the dark blue wire / red stripe. If it's missing there, the switch is defective. The voltage should go to 0 volts there when the pedal is pressed.
    The rest of the fault codes are as follows.

    P0135 - O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction Bank 1 Sensor 1
    Possible causes- Faulty Heated Oxygen Sensor (H2OS) Bank 1 Sensor 1
    - Heated Oxygen Sensor (H2OS) Bank 1 Sensor 1 circuit fuse
    - Heated Oxygen Sensor (H2OS) Bank 1 Sensor 1 circuit open shorted to ground
    - Heated Oxygen Sensor (H2OS) Bank 1 Sensor 1 circuit poor electrical connection
    - Faulty Engine Control Module (ECM) Help with thisTech notes The code means that there is a problem with the heater element circuit of the heated oxygen sensor. The control module monitors how long it take the sensor to warm up and start sending an adequate signal. The code is triggered when the sensor is taking too long to warm up. Water getting inside the heated oxygen sensor connector can caused the heated oxygen sensor fuse to blow. Before replacing the sensor, check for the condition of the heated oxygen sensor fuse and connectors. If the sensor and connector are OK, replacing the O2 Sensor 1 usually takes care of the problem.

    P0442 CHRYSLER - Evaporative Emission Control Small Leak Detected.
    Possible causes- Missing or loose fuel cap
    - Incorrect fuel filler cap used
    - Fuel filler cap remains open or fails to close
    - Foreign matter caught in fuel filler cap
    - EVAP canister or fuel tank leaks
    - EVAP system hose leaking
    - Fuel tank leaking
    P0455 CHRYSLER - EVAP System Large Leak.Possible causes- Missing or loose fuel cap
    - Incorrect fuel filler cap used
    - Fuel filler cap remains open or fails to close
    - Foreign matter caught in fuel filler cap
    - EVAP canister or fuel tank leaks
    - EVAP system hose leaking
    - Fuel tank leaking Tech notes The P0455 it's a very common code, because the code is set if the gas cap is loose or missing. Start by tighten the gas cap and clearing the code. In most cases the code can be clear by disconnecting the car battery for about 30 minutes.

    Obd computer won't reset

    you can force the engine light to come on with ready or not software (type it in on google) i have this gear. your ecu has to reconise all emmissions sensors data on a 3times in a row before it will complete a full diagnostics cycle.
    the ready or not scanner and software will atomatically do everything for you and tell you when everything is ready (so much easier than messing about guessing all the time).
    you can also program scanner to your state regulations aswell.think it's about $50 now
