It could.
The code is for a problem with the engine coolant temp sensor.
If the sensor fails or the computer does not get the right temp signal it can go to full rich or full lean mixture.

U most likely need a new backup light switch, it is screwed into the trans case, here is

all cigarette lighters in vehicles are ran to a 12 amp fuse. look wherever your fuse panel may be (under the hood, in next to the steering wheel) and see if you need a new fuse. good luck
