It started that the driver door lock worked periodically and now it does not at all. I took the control panel out of the door, cleaned with spray electrical cleaner and it did not fix the problem. Is the actuator, relay or switches broken?

I have a similar problem. The remote sometimes opens all doors, and other times it will only open the 2 rear doors. Once inside the vehicle, the driver side window controls intermittently operates all windows and doors. It has no effect on the 2 rear doors, as the window controls still work. This behavior happens intermittently while driving the vehicle.

The Actuator is not functioning anymore, check to see if there is a fuse for it first. If that is ok then remove the actuator and test it outside using some wire and your car battery to see if actually moves or doesent this will tell you if you need a replacement.

I had the same problem in my wife's 2003 Yukon Denali. The power seats and passengers side window wouldn't work. Turned out to be a blown Buss Type fuse in the Underhood Fuse Block. It is the one marked MBEC 1 50amp. Hard to tell if the are blown so look very carefully. Should look like a hoop with two shiny solderlooking bubbles on either side. On my blown fuse, it caught my attention because it looked like the solder was missing and I had to look very closely to see the bottom of the "hoop" was open. They are very hard to remove and must be pulled straight up.
This type of fuse looks like a red square with a clear plastic top showing the fuse link under the plastic. On my vehicle it is on the top row second one from the left.

its tricky but not hard. remove the door panel and put the window up, look in with a light and it will be obvious what to do......

this problem i have repaired many times.. it is normally a broken wire in the flexible rubber tube between the door and the doorjamb from years of flexing back and forth when you open and close the door.. i hope that helps

I failed to mention that its a Sierra Denali 4 door. 3 of the doors locks work fine. The drivers lock does not work at all. I can buy the switch mechanism for the windows, locks and mirrors on line for $100 or so, but I'm not sure if that would work or I'd need to have my FOBs reprogrammed.
