Im receiving a check coolant level on my 2000 cadillac deville, coolant level is fine. is there any way to reset this warning light?

Two cooling fans controlled by three relay's . If only one fan is working ,that could be a problem .
Coolant Level Sensor Description
The coolant level sensor monitors the coolant level in the cooling system and indicates if the coolant is low. This sensor is located at the base of the radiator surge tank and is not serviceable.
CHECK COOLANT LEVEL (2)
The IPC receives a discrete input from the engine coolant level switch. The engine coolant level switch is normally closed. When the engine coolant is low, the engine coolant level switch opens. When the IPC receives an open signal from the engine coolant level switch, the IPC displays the message on the DIC.

Relay Driven Dual Cooling Fan Diagnostics There are using a pontiac , by your cadillac is the same .

There is no way to reset the light , you probably need a new coolant level sensor !

you have to replace this ,Radiator Surge Tank !

Does the VAT have to be reset?

on my 2004 deville i hade a ( check coolant level ) i filled my coolant but the warning did not go away ? i ckecked my level again , and it was low again ! i filled it again and the warning still did not go away !! i checked it again but it was fine . the next day i had no more warning what im trying to say is if you have a check coolant you better check ypur coolant even if you just filled it and for some reason my cadillac needs a few days for things to reset . however on another car that i had which was not a cadillac ( so it dosent mater what it was , ha ha ) there was a screw in sencer about half way down , on the side of the radeator with 2 wires going to it . i unscrewd it and put another one in .

You may have already done this, but, first make sure your coolant level is up to, but NOT over, the full line on the coolant reservior, ( plastic bottle ), if the level is good you may have to replace the coolant sensor.

if you top off the low levels, it will reset by itself.

you may have a faulty coolant level sensor.

Why replace the radiator it's just a bad sensor. Get the Haynes repair manual on your vehicle look up the water level sensor testing and replacement steps. The sensor probably cost around $30 and I doubt if it takes more than 30 minutes to replace.

No coolant has to do with heat. freon has to do with ac. Now when you said your ac AND blower doesnt come on right away are you saying it does this ONLY when its on ac or when its on heat too. I would first change out your coolant level sensor or add coolant (which you said was fine) and see what happens. but im sure they are not in relation as the blower motor is on its own circuit

the sensor in the anti freeze bottle some times it sticks some times a light tap will loosen it up but some times you need to replace it
