Fuse under hood is good and my fuse cover from inside has no diagram on it. so where can i find a schematic or fuse layout
even my control switches have no power on the wires
Do you have the owner manual???? Are you might can go to a junk yard and fine a cover out of a wreck jeep???? You should be able to also go on line and fine a wiring diagram????

Usually fuses and circuit breakers for large capacity electrical components are found under the hood, not under the dash. Yours should be under a black plastic cover somewhere under the hood.
It should be labelled.
You might also have some bad wires or wiring harnesses causing this.
