Yes, there is, or yes, there are.
Usually fuses and circuit breakers for large capacity electrical components are found under the hood, not under the dash. Yours should be under a black plastic cover somewhere under the hood.
It should be labelled.
You might also have some bad wires or wiring harnesses causing this.

you might find the fuse diagram on the inside of the fuse box cover under the hood........hope this helps.....cheers

There is a fuse panel under the dash on passenger side and there is also one under hood

I suggest check the Grand Cherokee ZJ-Secc-8W-Wiring-Diagrams in there can fin dgraphics about fuse box and power distribution center location.

try fuses on inside of jeep, usually located under dash, usually have to remove cover with screw driver to see.
