I hate to be the bearer of bad news... that error code means that you have a CD that's bad in the 6 disc changer.... If you're handy... you can take your radio out and manually remove the cd's and make sure that the 6 trays are aligned properly and not stuck together. (known issue) However, Lexus/Toyota does NOT repair ANY of their electrical components. They want you to pay for a NEW one at the tune of 800.00 PLUS installation... and they send the old one back to Japan and remove the CD's and mail them to you. (at no extra cost... as the service rep was telling me.. as to benefit feature me on the sale of the replacement unit.) Next be ready for the "Disc Read Error, Check Disc" on your navigation... lol.. it's a 2.10 motor that moves the lens that reads the DVD navigation CD.. and once again .. they don't replace or repair... that's a 4500.00 item plus installation.. GOTTA LOVE YOUR EXPENSIVE CAR NO? ;)

Gees- I have the same problem, and I think it all started when someone put one of those "black Market cd's " in my system. I'm pissed. By the way- did u ever have any luck, taking the player out yourself? Please let me know how it goes....
I got this from somewhere else on this site, but it worked! Take another CD and try to push it into the slot that is stuck. It took me like 2 tries and the CD popped out. Before, ALL 6 slots were reading Error 3 code and nothing would come out or play. Now they all come out and play after removing the stuck one. You've got a stuck CD in there.
